Terms of Service
Site Content – Shake Studio is a web design, development, and branding consultant. Find packages to purchase directly on the site for these services and more.
Conditions of Sale – Payments are accepted via PayPal and Credit Cards are accepted through Stripe. For you to make a purchase on the site, you will be asked to provide your full name and e-mail address, as well as information related to your payment method. Certain products will allow you to make a deposit on the full amount, the remaining of which will be paid at a later date near completion of the project. NEW CLIENTS: If you have not yet had a consultation, your full deposit or payment will be authorized at the time of purchase. It will not be taken from your account until you are contacted by Shake Studio, at which time the transaction will be accepted.
Purchase Errors – In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If you have already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Management of Accounts – When making a purchase, you will be asked to create a client account for the payment and future payments on the project. A user name will be suggested for you, however, you may update your credentials to be whatever you choose. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this Site’s security. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the site owner at admin@shakewebdesign.com.
Privacy and Third Party Request For Information – No personal information or account details will be shared with third parties that are not a necessary part of providing you with the service and experience you request of this website. For more information, visit our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property – All text, graphics, button icons and images (collectively, “Content”), belongs exclusively to Shake Studio, or its affiliates.
Disclaimers/Limitation of Liabilities – We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to any products sold through Shake Studio, (including, without limitation, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). The information, content and services on the site are provided on an “as is” basis. When you use the site and or participate therein, you understand and agree that you participate at your own risk.
Ownership – The client gives Shake Studio permission to use client’s full name and/or website address for testimonial purposes on her website, or other business related media. Furthermore, Shake Studio owns all the logo design concepts and web design concepts created before the final design. The client understands that after the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use the final design in all media useful for business promotion and that Shake Studio reserves the right to display the logo and/or website design for business promotional use.
Use of Content and Online Conduct – You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit this Site. You shall not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any material that is (a) threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under U.S. or international law; or (b) includes any bugs, viruses or other harmful code or properties.
Links – This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
Cancellation or Termination – We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
